Do you know that the Koran speaks about Jesus Christ?
This is what it says -
That the words of Jesus Christ are important and should be regarded as worthy by everyone: Koran [3.45]
When the angels said: O Marium, surely Allah gives you good news with a Word from Him (of one) whose name is the '. Messiah, Isa son of Marium, worthy of regard in this world and the hereafter and of those who are made near (to Allah).
That the Virgin Mary would have a Son created by God: Koran [3.47]
She said: My Lord! when shall there be a son (born) to I me, and man has not touched me? He said: Even so, Allah creates what He pleases; when He has decreed a matter, He only says to it, Be, and it is.
That Jesus Christ would do amazing miracles: Koran [3.49]
I heal the blind and the leprous, and bring the dead to life with Allah's permission
That Jesus Christ would die, be resurrected and ascend to Heaven to God: Koran [3.55]
And when Allah said: O Isa, I am going to terminate the period of your stay (on earth) and cause you to ascend unto Me and purify you of those who disbelieve and make those who follow you above those who disbelieve to the day of resurrection; then to Me shall be your return, so l will decide between you concerning that in which you differed.
That every Muslim, who is in doubt should ask for more information from those who read the Bible: Koran [10.94]
But if you are in doubt as to what We have revealed to you, ask those who read the Book (Bible) before you;
Now that you have that information, may I say this to you -
As someone who has completely read the Book called the Bible many times, let me share some wonderful news from the Bible with you. I have found these words and where they are written in the Bible.
Here are eight important things the Bible says that you should know:
God loves you. John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
God knows that we are sinful and lost. Romans 3:23
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Isaiah 53:6
All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned everyone to his own way;
God sent His Son Jesus Christ to save us from our sin. Luke 19:10
For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.
God wants to forgive and wash away our sins. 1 John 1:9
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
God has prepared a beautiful home in Heaven for us. John 14:1-3
Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: I go to prepare a place for you. I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
If you are sick God wants to heal you. Jesus paid for the healing of your sickness when He died on the Cross. 1 Peter 2:24
His own self bare our sins in his own body on the cross, by whose stripes ye were healed.
If you are poor, God wants to supply your needs. Philippians 4:19
But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
God also wants you to let others know about this good news. Mark 16:15
Go ye into all the world, and preach the GOOD NEWS to every creature.
Here are a few examples of what Jesus Christ did when He was on Earth -
He fed more than 5000 hungry people. Matthew 14:19-21
And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass, and took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, He blessed, and brake, and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude and they did all eat, and were filled: And they that had eaten were about five thousand men, beside women and children.
He healed all who were sick. Matthew 15:31
And great multitudes came unto him, those that were lame, blind, dumb, maimed, and many others, and he healed them:
He heard the cry of a blind man and restored his sight. Mark 10:46-52
Blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the highway side begging. And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, and say, Jesus, have mercy on me. And Jesus stood still and answered and said unto him, What wilt thou that I should do unto thee? The blind man said unto him, Lord, that I might receive my sight. And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way.
He helped a man who was tormented by demons Luke 8:35
Then they went out to see what was done; and came to Jesus, and found the man, out of whom the devils were departed, sitting at the feet of Jesus, clothed, and in his right mind:
He had mercy on an Adulteress who was about to be stoned by the people. John 8:2-5, 11
They brought unto him a woman taken in adultery; They said unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, Now Moses in the law commanded us, that she should be stoned: And Jesus said unto her, I do not condemn thee: go, and sin no more.
He raised a Widows dead son. Luke 7:12-15
Now when he came nigh to the gate of the city, there was a dead man carried out, the only son of his mother, and she was a widow: and much people of the city were with her. And when Jesus saw her, he had compassion on her, and said unto her, Weep not. And he said, Young man, I say unto thee, Arise. And he that was dead sat up, and began to speak. And he delivered him to his mother.
These are only a few examples of the good things Jesus did.
